All our customers enjoy 1 year limited hardware warranty on parts
Incomplete set of parts on delivery
Any defect(s) of parts during delivery

What are the terms and conditions of warranty?
Notify us through “Contact Us”, providing us with any relevant images or videos within 7 days from the date of defect.
For new unit(s), please notify us before assembly. Once assembly is done, warranty will not be covered for physical damage(s)
Any part(s) repaired or replaced will be covered for the remaining warranty period

Non-warranty scope: 

  • Damage(s) on Buttons
  • Damage(s) on Lens
  • Physical damage(s) on any parts of the Projector (except for on arrival)
  • Natural disaster including but not limited to fire, flood, collapse of property
  • Any modification, disassembly, or repair without Projector1‘s authorization.
  • Product damage caused by accidental or man-made behaviors, such as liquid damage, falling, input unsuitable voltage, excessive extrusion, main board deformation, etc. And other phenomena are also included, for example, the power adapter is damaged, cracked, broken or deformed, and the power cable is damaged, broken or bare.
  • Product faults or damage due to improper installation, use, or maintenance, is excluded from warranty coverage
