• we will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
   
• our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.

Changes on Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right solely at our discretion, to modify, remove , add portions of these terms and conditions at any time and each such change shall be effective immediately upon posting without prior notice.  The date of these terms and condition is noted under the “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” heading above. Please always check these terms and conditions for changes. Fraud Cases

• Please do not claim that you have made payment if you have not made any. We will not hesitate to take action against fraud cases.

Terms of Payment

• Please note that payment has to be made within 2 days upon receiving our payment invoice. Failure to do so will result in the priority given to any other interested customers in the event of insufficient stock(s). ATM receipt(s) and reference numbers should be retained till we have confirmed your payment as a proof of purchase.
