1. Once your order have been placed, we will process and procced to ship out within 2 working days after your payment is verified. 
    
2. It is appreciated if you can ensure your delivery address is input correctly before you completing your payment.  Please be noted that ,cost of resend due to incorrect address shall be borne by you.
    
3. Courier tracking number will be provided to you via whatapps or email , upon your ordered item has been sent out to you.
    
4. If no one is around during time of delivery, parcel will be left at courier office for your self collection.
    
5. If parcels returned to us by courier services due to uncollected , we will not resend the parcels, unless the cost of resend is paid by you.
    
6. Cut off time is 12.00 PM of each business day. For all orders are placed after cut off time,  order will be processed in the next following business day.
    
7. If the payment method is via e-Banking/ Giro transfer, payment bank will take 2 to 3 days to credit into our bank account. Therefore we will only send out the item(s) after payment has been cleared.
